I am grateful to have all of these technological devices and pathways that allow me to connect to friends and loved ones at this time.
I remember a time when writing letters was a thing … just like in The Notebook.
BUT … now, all we have to do is pick up our phones and call, send a text, email or set up a time to actually Facetime or Zoom. The power of technology never ceases to amazing, and during this time of social distancing and a global pandemic, it is bloody fantastic!
I personally love a good chin-wag on the telephone. Nothing quite like calling up a friend or a loved one and having a good old-fashioned chat.
